Our family’s baking tradition started on North Main Street in Providence, Rhode Island when my Great Grandfather opened up a small neighborhood bakery. Seeing the opportunities to grow and expand the business, my Grandfather built a bakery from scratch in 1961 on a portion of land in East Providence Rhode Island.
Through the decades since, seven additions have been added, effectively quintupling the size of the original facility. As each generation grew and fine-tuned the bakery we have developed recipes that are delicious, wholesome, and made from the finest ingredients. Investments in custom equipment, hiring amazing people and focusing on quality have led to success in the marketplace.
Most importantly, our dedication to food safety is paramount and we are proud to be an SQF rated ‘Excellent’ facility.
